INSTRUCTIONS

This exchange is designed to serve the needs of families in local sports, who have to buy expensive gear and have children outgrowing the equipment.

To begin browsing, open the menu and choose shoes.

Basic Process

When you turn in a pair of shoes, we will verify they are on the approved brands list and in safe working order. Then you can trade them for any other pair plus the small fee.

• Currently only accepting shoes.
• This website only shows approximately what is in stock. Updates are made after every event and as new equipment comes in.
• Only accepting shoes on the brand list below.
• Only accepting shoes in good condition.
• If you want to donate a pair of shoes you will receive a $5 trade credit.
• Currently not selling shoes outright. You must make a trade.
• Check the location page to find our next event and bring your equipment either to trade or donate.

ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I acknowledge that this Release of Liability Form will be used by Chartman Ventures LLC (“CV”) and will govern my actions and responsibilities during all activities I engage in with CV. In consideration of my association with CV, I hereby take the following actions on behalf of myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns:
(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE CV, its officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, theft, or any other claims arising from my participation in activities with CV, even if such liability arises from the negligence of the Released Parties. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, bank or credit card fraud, identity theft, and compromise of digital passwords or security.
(B) I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND NOT PURSUE ANY LEGAL ACTION, WHETHER CIVIL OR CRIMINAL against the Released Parties for any and all claims or liabilities that may arise as a result of my participation in activities with CV, regardless of whether such claims are caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
